How to prevent Joomla Account Creation but allow O - by: Josef Zeevi

I've had some problems with activation emails. Looking at the forum, I see that if I allow User Registration (under User->Manage->Options) that the email activation will work.

However, that also allows users to sign up without subscribing through OS Membership. How do I prevent that? That is, I ONLY want users to sign up through OS Membership.
