Hi, I have asked similar questions before during my tries to find a solution to this, but not exactly this. I need to know if I need to dump this otherwise great system, or if there is a solution / is a solution coming very soon:
I have a text telling about a specific kind of events (an event that takes place each Thursday). So this is a repeating/recurring event, it has a (k2 item) text describing it, and now my website visitors should be able to register for it without hazzle.
Having a long list of dates when the event is arranged ( EACH Thursday) and let Events Booking repeat the name of the event time after another is not a good user experience. The smart way to get users to register is to in the (k2 item) information page show a dropdown list or horisontal time axis of dates when this event is arranged, underneath where the registration form would be shown. All on one, visually well-made page which is easy to use without click after click. This could be handled by an events plugin with {event id=1 recurring=yes form=yes} or similar in the k2 item.
Is something like this possible?
If not, if something like this coming soon?
If not, how is it meant that one should present recurring events in a form that is user-friendly for the client? We cannot have them jump from page to page in order to reach a registration form, and it is horrible to show a long list with row after row of repetition with the same item title and just new dates. Have I missed something?
Regards Benjamin
