Is there a way to use the core fields in eShop on the invoice template?

I'm trying to generate a second page on my invoices to be used as gift certificates, and I can't get any of the core eShop fields to display.

Ideally, I'd like to be able to generate a list of products purchased (without the prices showing - just the names of the items). If I use the [products_list] variable, I get the same list generated in my invoice.
