Is it possible to use other tags the invoice settings?

Also, the [DETAILS] contains a lot of information that I do no need the customer invoice, such as country , deposit, etc.
Is it possible to replace [DETAILS], with other tag items?

And finally, Is there a tag for the Venue? I want to add the venue location in the confirmation email.
